I found the book interesting. I good read for those entering the industry. It is small enough to carry, yet packed with detailed information about the profession. David Reed does a great job explaining the functions and procedures involved in mortgage transactions.

I purchased this book because I recently got into the business. I have also purchased many other books by other authors in the same field. I have to say that this one is the most informative. The way it is written allows the reader to easily follow the flow of the book. By the end of the book , you feel as though you’re a mortgage expert. A definate must have for people just starting out in the business.
